Partner Reading

We learned how to read with partners! I know it may sound simple, but reading with a partner has many advantages and requirements. A partner can help you think about your book in ways you never did alone. They can also help you word solve and it's just plain fun! We learned proper techniques for each partner to be successful. We have to sit EEKK (elbow to elbow, knee to knee) and hold the book in the middle. We also practice "You read, I read" so that everyone gets a turn. We love partner reading!
